Taragüi Yerba Mate Sin Palo is a popular Argentine yerba mate known for its bold, robust flavor and energizing properties. The term "sin palo" means “without stems,” indicating this blend contains only pure yerba mate leaves, which results in a stronger, more intense taste compared to traditional blends that include stems (con palo). This variety is favored by experienced mate drinkers who enjoy a more potent flavor and a longer-lasting infusion.
Taragüi Sin Palo is produced by Establecimiento Las Marías, one of the most respected and long-standing yerba mate producers in Argentina, renowned for its high-quality standards and meticulous aging process.
Ideal Water Temperature: To enjoy Taragüi Yerba Mate Sin Palo at its best, heat the water to 70–80°C (160–175°F). Avoid using boiling water, as temperatures above 80°C can scald the leaves and create a bitter taste.
Perfect for traditional mate in a gourd or a French press preparation, Taragüi Sin Palo delivers a strong, invigorating mate experience with minimal dust and a clean finish.
